§ 10-64. Action.

Latest version.

Based upon the evidence presented in the application for permit, and any additional information required by city staff, including the report of the departments as provided for in section 10-63, the Director of Parks and Recreation or his/her designee shall grant the permit required by this division, deny the permit, or grant the permit with conditions that must be met before a permit is granted.
