§ 14-5. Prohibited disposal.

(a)

Live animals may not be disposed of to any school, college, university, person, firm, association, laboratory or corporation for experimental or vivisection purposes or to any person providing, selling or supplying dogs or cats and other animals to any school, college, university, person, firm, association or corporation for experimentation.

(b)

Dogs or cats may not be obtained, sold or purchased in the city for the purpose of human or animal consumption.
