§ 2-3. Legislative findings.

It is hereby found by the City Commission of the City of Deltona that the provisions of Section 286.0115, Fla. Stat. (2004), are of material benefit to the people of the City of Deltona and implement their rights pursuant to Section 5, Article 1, Florida Constitution, and it is the intent of this ordinance to conform to the provisions of the statute.
