§ 2-153. Priority of lien.

Such municipal lien shall constitute a lien against the land on which the violation exists and upon any other real or personal property owned by the violator in Volusia County, Florida, superior to all other liens, assessments, judgments, or encumbrances until payment is made in full to the city. A satisfaction and release of lien shall be filed in the public records of Volusia County, Florida upon payment of the municipal lien and any interest thereon.
