Chapter 37. DELTONA ANTI-BLIGHT ORDINANCE

§ 37-2. Authority.

This chapter is enacted under the city's home rule powers under F.S. ch. 166, and is supplemental and cumulative to the city's powers under F.S. ch. 162. The city's special magistrate shall have the power to adjudicate matters under this chapter.
